A direct license for desktop software.

Onyx Pro grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use this software on devices you own or control, subject to the active plan you purchased and the terms of this agreement.

Onyx Pro is a desktop utility for resetting trial-related state in supported AI IDEs. Using the software can alter local application data, sign-in state, and onboarding-related state for the selected IDE on your machine.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the software or your rights under this agreement except where applicable law expressly allows it. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the software except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Onyx Pro retains all intellectual property rights in the software. This agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Onyx Pro.

Onyx Pro is not affiliated with the vendors of the supported IDEs. References to third-party names are for compatibility identification only. Your use of those third-party products remains subject to their own terms and policies.

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession.

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Onyx Pro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This agreement shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
