Clear terms for paid desktop software.

Onyx Pro is a paid desktop utility for resetting trial-related state in supported AI IDEs. A purchase gives you access to the software for the duration of the plan you select: 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, or lifetime.

By purchasing Onyx Pro, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on devices you own or control during the term of your selected plan. The license may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred.

Applying a reset can modify local application data, sign-in state, and onboarding-related state for the selected IDE. You are responsible for understanding that effect before you run the software and for closing the affected IDE before applying a reset.

Onyx Pro is an independent utility and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cursor, Windsurf, Kiro, Trae, Warp, Antigravity, or Codex. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Onyx Pro complies with any third-party terms, licenses, rules, or laws that apply to the software you choose to test.

You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or share Onyx Pro with others. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use Onyx Pro to build a competing product or service.

All purchases are one-time, non-recurring payments processed through Stripe. There are no automatic renewals or subscriptions. Duration-based plans expire when their term ends. Lifetime plans are purchased once and do not require renewal.

The Windsurf addon is an optional add-on available during checkout for an additional fee. If you purchase it, the addon is tied to your Onyx Pro access and follows these same terms unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Paid plans include access to downloads and support for the duration of your license. Lifetime plan holders receive future updates included with that license. Support is offered through Discord and email on a best-effort basis.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or where we explicitly approve one because of our own billing or delivery error. If you experience a technical problem preventing access to your purchase, contact us promptly so we can try to resolve it.

We may suspend or revoke access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, if payment is reversed or fraudulent, or if the service is being abused. Revocation caused by your violation does not create a refund obligation.

Onyx Pro is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every future IDE release, or fitness for a particular purpose. Supported workflows can change as third-party software changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Onyx Pro plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
