Terms of Service

Onyx Pro is a paid desktop utility that helps you test supported AI IDEs locally before you pay by removing supported trial and onboarding data stored on this computer. A purchase gives you access to the software for the duration of the plan you select: 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, or lifetime.

By purchasing Onyx Pro, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on devices you own or control during the term of your selected plan. The license may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or transferred.

Running cleanup can change local application data, sign-in state, and onboarding-related state for the selected IDE on this computer. Depending on the supported IDE and your local setup, Onyx Pro may also close the IDE or reset local state needed to remove supported trial and onboarding data. You are responsible for understanding these effects before running the software.

Onyx Pro is independently owned by CCC Suite and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kiro, Trae, Warp, Antigravity, Qoder, or Codex. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Onyx Pro complies with any third-party terms, licenses, rules, or laws that apply to the software you choose to test.

You may not redistribute, sublicense, resell, or share Onyx Pro with others. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use Onyx Pro to build a competing product or service.

All purchases are one-time, non-recurring payments. Card payments are processed through Stripe. Manual crypto payments are verified after you submit the selected network, public transaction hash, order reference, and Discord username at checkout. There are no automatic renewals or subscriptions. Duration-based plans expire when their term ends. Lifetime plans are purchased once and do not require renewal.

The Windsurf addon is no longer available for new purchases. Windsurf rebranded to Devin Desktop and ended free trials, so the addon no longer fits the Onyx Pro cleanup model. Users who previously purchased the Windsurf addon retain access to it within their Onyx Pro license. If Windsurf or a successor product reintroduces a free trial model, the addon may be reactivated. No refunds are issued for addon purchases. This is consistent with the refund policy above.

Paid plans include access to downloads and support for the duration of your license. Lifetime plan holders receive future updates included with that license. Support is offered through Discord and email on a best-effort basis.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or where explicitly approved because of a billing or delivery error by CCC Suite. If you experience a technical problem preventing access to your purchase, contact support promptly so the issue can be resolved.

CCC Suite may suspend or revoke access if it reasonably believes these terms have been violated, if payment is reversed or fraudulent, or if the service is being abused. Revocation caused by your violation does not create a refund obligation.

Onyx Pro is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind. CCC Suite does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every future IDE release, or fitness for a particular purpose. Supported cleanup behavior can change as third-party software changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant Onyx Pro plan. CCC Suite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
