Kiro cleanup is designed for users evaluating the IDE on their own hardware.
Onyx Pro for Kiro
Kiro trial cleanup.
Onyx Pro removes supported local Kiro trial and onboarding data for Windows and Linux users who need a clean local app-state reset.
Kiro trial and onboarding state can live on the local machine. Onyx Pro gives that state an explicit cleanup flow with clear boundaries.
Onyx Pro is independently owned by CCC Suite. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Windsurf, Kiro, Trae, Warp, Antigravity, Codex, or their owners.
Scope
What Kiro cleanup means.
For developers testing Kiro on Windows or Linux. The cleanup target is local app state on this machine, not vendor-side account systems.
The cleanup target is local app state that can affect onboarding or trial behavior on that machine.
After cleanup, the vendor's own account rules and eligibility checks still decide what happens next.
Local impact
Know what can change.
- Removes supported Kiro trial and onboarding records on the selected computer
- Can stop Kiro before cleanup if the app has active local state
- Keeps user projects, prompts, repositories, and source files outside cleanup
- Kiro may close before cleanup runs.
- Use Onyx Pro only where you have permission to manage local app state. Your use may be subject to third-party terms, licenses, and laws.

Limits
What Onyx Pro does not claim.
- Onyx Pro does not create Kiro entitlement, credits, subscriptions, or vendor approval.
- It does not claim to remove every possible file Kiro may create, only supported cleanup targets.
- If a Kiro update changes local storage, a compatibility update may be needed.
Support
What helps support answer faster.
- Use the Linux DEB package only on Debian-compatible systems.
- If cleanup fails, rerun after closing Kiro and any helper processes.
- Support can help faster when the message includes OS, build, and whether Kiro was running.
